- One Man in Derbyshire (UK) decided that it would be a good idea for him to get to his wedding via abseil. He waited at the top of the steeple for his wife to be to arrive and then promptly abseiled down to the bottom of the church to carry on with the wedding.
- Someone decided that getting married mid flight would be a good idea. When you think about it, it is something else, trust me. They didn’t get married inside a plane. They actually stood on the planes wings.
- You have to really like the building industry to have a wedding like this. A digger doesn’t really spring to mind as a wedding venue but one couple got married in a JCB scoop. They not only got married in the scoop, but they also were taken to and from the wedding in it as well.
- This one isn’t really what i would call crazy, more a strange wedding. There was one lady that was absolutely insistent that she have a wedding train over 100 metres long. It took most of the audience to hold the whole train up.
- One man has rowed across the Atlantic Ocean to proclaim his love to his wife. The journey took over a month. This man even managed to get to the Caribbean with 24 hours to spare, can you imagine if he had arrived late!
- This is the one I decided the most extreme. Can you imagine having a small time limit on your wedding, but for a good reason? One happy couple got married while they were sky diving, actually kissing and sealing the deal in mid air, thousands of feet above the ground.
