If you had a really good Christmas then you would of had quite a bit of food, drink and a very good time indeed! How did you spend your Christmas day? Did you go round a family member’s house and let them cook a nice Christmas roast for you or did you slave in front of the oven getting all hot and bothered from around 6am just so you could cook the turkey?

There were several options to take with the Christmas food this year but I bet there is one thing that you didn’t do. You didn’t get in the caterers. Although it sounds like quite a hard thing to do over the holiday season and it can be very pricey indeed I can also say it is well worth it simply because you do not have to worry about anything at all.

I got to spend the entire day with my family on Christmas Day because no one was slaving in the kitchen at all. Although I do prefer the roast dinner and wouldnt say I would do it every single year it did seem to go down very well.

The best thing about all of this is that we had quite a bit of food left over so I bunged it into the fridge and invited everyone over on Boxing Day for round two of the feast!

When I get married later this year I will not be asking my parents to do all of the cooking but will go after some good wedding caterers to take care of my wedding catering.

I wouldn’t say that it was better than a roast but it is certainly a good alternative if you really cannot be bothered with the cooking.
